Welcome to Hindu West Ministries, a 501(c)(3) dedicated to promoting and preserving Hinduism in the Willamette Valley and beyond. Our goal is to establish a local temple for Lord Shiva and to provide a sense of community for Hindus in the area.

As an organization, we believe that it's important for Hindu youth to remain connected to their faith and to feel proud to practice their religion. To that end, we organize yearly giving events in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India for Diwali, in which we provide opportunities for young people to learn about and participate in ancient traditions and practices they wouldn’t have access to elsewhere.
